A day spent on a classic launch or dayboat is a wonderful experience not easily forgotten.  A launch has timeless elegance in her beautiful lines and harks back to a bygone era when life was slower and some would say more enjoyable.

Australia has many wonderful waterways suitable for pottering about at your own pace, pulling up to the beach for a picnic or admiring the sunset on a summer afternoon and a classic launch is just the boat to take you there.


 

At Denman Marine we have a range of launch designs to choose from and can custom build a launch to your requirements in either traditional construction (clinker or carvel) or any of the modern timber build methods.  The fitout can be simple or can include some mod cons such as built in ice boxes, fridges, stereos etc. Unlike fibreglass production vessels, we are not bound by what the molds dictate and can create custom interiors to suit your exact needs.

Choice of motor can vary from vintage petrol "putt putt" motors to modern diesels and even electric.

Many smaller launches are easily trailered so your crusing area is only limited by your imagination.
